Numerous festivals have been held at Cambridge University. The latest addition pays tribute to Chinese poet Xu Zhimo, a renowned writer who studied at King's College, Cambridge in the 1920s.

The placing of a two ton white marble memorial stone at King's College, Cambridge in July 2008 in memory of the great Chinese poet Xu Zhimo. Xu was at King's in 1921-2 and wrote his most famous poem, 'On saying farewell to Cambridge, again' near the bridge at King's.
